We say “Goodbye For Now” to our dear mother, Miriam Herzog, who passed away Friday, January 23rd after a lengthy battle with dementia.
A long time resident of Snohomish. (Machias)
Miriam was born on August 21, 1930 in Bothell, Washington where she grew up with her parents and 8 siblings, all who have preceded her in death, except for Connie, her youngest sister. Also preceding her in death was son, George Herzog, husband Dave Herzog, daughter Marji Reed, and husband Rollin Walton. She leaves behind daughters Marty Menzies and Maree Christian, 12 grandchildren, 24 great grands, and many friends and extended family members with hearts full of love and treasured memories!
As a family, we can testify that Moms joy and peace was founded in her love for her Lord Jesus Christ, and her assurance and longing was to be with Him forever in heaven.
Welcome Home, Mom.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2026. 2:00 pm at Machias Community Church.
