Mr. Jack B. Culberson, 77 of Dalton passed away Sunday August 5, 2007 at his home under the care of Hamilton Hospice and surrounded by his loving family.
He served as a member of the Deacon Board at the Church of God of the Union Assembly for 45 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Malcolm & Emma Burnett Culberson and brothers, Robert Culberson and Clarence Culberson.
Jack is survived by his wife, Charlotte Tankersley Culberson of Dalton.
Daughters and sons-in-law, Terry & John C. Burnett of Kokomo, IN. and Angie & Mark Lewis of Knoxville, TN. 7 grandchildren , 6 great-grandchildren and 1 niece.

Services will be held Wednesday at 11 A.M. from the Church of God of the Union Assembly with the Rev. Herman Epperson and Rev. Lonnie Starnes officiating.
Burial will follow in the West Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday at Love Funeral Home from 5 until 9 P.M.
